In business under the same ownership since August 1996, The Management Company can make recommendations to maximize your income and minimize your expenses with the experience gained during this time.

The day-to-day management of your property will include the marketing of your properties, detailed screening of prospective tenants that includes but is not limited to a criminal background check, and a credit report. Rents will be collected and the bills entrusted to us such as, insurance, mortgage, etc. will be distributed in a timely manner. We are familiar with the federal and state laws governing rental properties, and are fully insured.

As your property manager we are available to you by phone, e-mail, or mail. We strive to return phone calls and e-mails promptly. Please feel free to call or e-mail with any questions.



Our services include:

●Screening potential tenants.
●Doing credit reports
●Criminal background checks
●Collecting rent, depositing and / or distributing funds.
●Maintaining your property.
●Mailing a monthly statement with a detailed financial report.
●Mailing year end statements and a 1099 for your tax preparation.
●We charge 10% of the gross rent for conducting all of these services.
